Can couples fill in their own wedding brief?

Yes. Every wedding gets a structured brief covering ceremony, reception, family shot list, run sheet and vendor contacts, and the couple can keep editing it with you right up to the day. Changes sync between your admin view and their portal.

Do couples or guests need accounts to see photos?

No. Couples open their portal and galleries through a private link with optional PIN protection. Guests can even upload their own phone photos to a shared wedding gallery you control.

Is there a weddings-only plan?

Yes. The Weddings plan is $89/mo AUD and focuses the whole workspace on weddings: briefs, timelines, galleries and payments without the modules you will not use. You can move to the full Studio plan any time.

Can I handle multi-day weddings and events?

Yes. Bookings support multiple shoot days on one project, each synced to Google Calendar, and rescheduling a day notifies the couple automatically.
